Envelope is addressed to ‘Amid Lashkar the Secretary of the brigade in North West Urumiyah, from Muhammad Muntasiri, member of Army Finance Department. It is accompanied by a satirical letter to ‘Amid Lashkar from his cousin, Muhammad Muntasiri, on the letterhead of the Ministry of War, about his objection to ‘Amid Lashkar's marriage.
